Sonia Chrismas
Sonia is a Solicitor and the Principal Company Director.
Sonia has over 28 years experience in legal practice and qualified as a Legal Executive before continuing her studies to qualify as a Solicitor in 2013.
Sonia deals with all property transactions including the Sale and Purchase of both Freehold and Leasehold residential matters, Commercial Property transactions and Remortgages.
Charlotte Saunders
Charlotte is our Office Manager and Senior Conveyancing Assistant who joined our firm at the beginning of 2010. Charlotte is an invaluable member of our team and is responsible for the day to day running of the office and assists on all Conveyancing transactions. She is a conscientious and enthusiastic member who has a very calm nature.
Nick Warde
Nick Warde is a Consultant Solicitor with the firm and acts on both residential and some commercial conveyancing matters.
Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and is a very experienced property lawyer having acted for numerous individuals and companies over the years.
Previously he has been a partner with two of the largest southeast law firms and was also chairman of a local Housing Association.
Nick works Mon, Weds and Fri 9am-1pm
Andrea Mallord
Andrea joined us in January 2025 as our Private Client Paralegal and is responsible for assisting our clients in the preparation of their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as dealing with Probate and Estate Administration matters.
Andrea is currently studying her LLB Law Degree via the Open University and after graduating intends to undertake her Solicitors Qualifying Exams to become a Solicitor.
Working pattern Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Natalie Ganbert
Natalie joined us in late 2024 as our Private Client Assistant – she has a law degree and has just commenced the Solicitors Qualifying Exams to qualify as a Solicitor.
Natalie has experience in Private client matters including drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of attorney, and also covers our reception so is usually your first point of contact when calling or visiting our office.

Christine Cornwell
Chris has been with us for 20 years in 2025!!
Chris has over 40 years of experience in Conveyancing, Wills,and Probate matters as well as Lasting Powers of Attorney. and her wealth of knowledge is invaluable to us.
Chris has recently moved over to the Property side of the Company and works closely with Sonia, Nick and Charlotte on all property matters, from drafting and engrossing documents, to dealing with client enquiries and general all round secretarial support.
